STUDENTS AWARENESS AND PERFORMANCE INPHILIPPINE FOLK DANCES

This research aimed to determine the students level of awareness and performance in folk dance that served as basis developing program for promotion dancing skills Bitin National High School school year 2017 2018.The descriptive was used study using Grade 9 respondents. A self-made questionnaire rubrics were describe Mean standard deviation Pearson r correlation an alpha .05 statistical tools.The revealed following findings. Majority 15 years old (90), followed by 14 (65), 16 (53), 17 (23) least 18 (10) with total number 241.The over-all mean 3.30 shows are Moderately Interested about Philippine dances. For Level related variables. In terms variables: objectives, has (OM) 3.30, strategies (OM=3.71), (OM=3.77), availability materials (OM=2.88), training (OM=3.12) all interpreted Aware.
